Ruby friends: still sitting on that good idea for a talk? Submit! This is still one of the nicest conferences I have ever attended and it was such an incredible experience giving a talk at Balkan Ruby ♥️

"These tools give us valuable data!" OK cool? If that tool is so valuable, do everyone a favor and build it yourself so that: 1) You have total control over how that script affects UX. 2) You own the data it collects, so you can ensure it's never sold (because that happens).

The senate just rejected a measure to call witnesses in the impeachment trial. Trump will almost certainly be acquitted. Trump grabbed our republic by the senate, and we let him do it.

Folks! I'm working on a research project. What LGBTQ leaders in tech (product, design, marketing, engineering, ops/people, etc.), millennial-age or baby-GenX (that's what I'm gonna start calling myself) do you work with or admire that I should speak to? @ and DMs open. Thanks!

Republicans: The evidence is clear that the president has nothing to hide and did nothing wrong. Let's proceed. Literally every fair-minded person: OK. Let's call witnesses then. Republicans: Not like that.
