caffeine is caffeine but (1) both tea and coffee probably have other psychoactive ingredients (tea definitely) (2) average caffeine doses for coffee are WAY higher

theanine is a likely culprit here. i have a morning routine that depends on the caffiene hitting in a certain time frame don't think dose explains it because i put three tea bags and let it steep overnight to try and account for this and it still didn't feel close at all
