I’m genuinely curious how the Chesa detractor black community in SF feels about Giuliani’s tenure in NYC. Long before he became a total nut he was a very popular mayor of NYC who turned the crime situation around. But he received a lot of criticism for his methods. WDYT?

I grew up in NYC around that time. But I was a kid and not paying attention to any of this. One of my fears is that
