    Cuomo talking about checking the dashboard every morning. But after a couple of days, it sure seems like it's only being updated in the afternoons when Cuomo speaks, and is not actually a "live" tool by any means.

    To be honest, I'm really enjoying the modest feeling of normalcy that hearing the Assembly hold music evokes

    Twelve NYS Senate and Assembly committees due to start hearing at 10am on federal response to the economic impact on small businesses in the state. Oral testimony by invitation only.
