Creator features like live streams, custom URLs, scheduled uploads (and many others!) are not going away with the YouTube Partner Program update. Smaller channels can still grow and be discovered–monetization doesn't impact how videos appear in search or how they're promoted/recommended across YouTube. Also creator features and tools like cards and end screens, custom thumbnails, live streaming, etc are all still available
How will they grow... Been difficult more than b4... @youtube should do some efforts for the new channel makers so that they too enjoy youtube partner programme. I only prefer n do only watch youtube for my online video watching
