Any advice on how to ask for or negotiate a 4 day week arrangement from an employer as a staff member?
I'm literally the boss (CEO & Studio Lead) so I can't super help with experience. Tho of course organising collectively before taking it to management, taking evidence and implementation suggestions, and working with your union reps are all proven means of worker-driven change.
