Full agreement @maggiecrowley. I’d recommend Challenger Sales as a good read for anyone PM wanting to learn more about how to sell. Also, greatest sales deck ever articles are a helpful read. You have any books/articles you’d recommend?

Honestly, looking back the things that helped most were shadowing live sales calls & asking questions afterwards. I'm also so LUCKY to be in a weekly meeting w/ our CTO, CRO, & reps where we talk sales. Learned more in those minutes than in any book.

? -
Listened to a LOT of sales calls on Gong. Got advice from our sales team, read some books, then just forced myself to start selling. Same thing on the marketing side, although IMO telling that story is part of our prod dev process via the one pager.
