Gvt.s around the world are starving the Venezuelan people by imposing crippling sanctions as well, in hopes the citizens will rise up or at least go along with their toppling the democratically elected gvt of Venezuela. Starving the people!

As an American, I don’t really care what you do with these guys. That said, you got targeted instead of the leader of another country for some pretty obvious reasons that are also worth thinking about.
