(3/3) Racism = charged word. People shy away from it because it is aggressive. But it's accurate here. An area that doesn't have access to info, primary care physicians, $ for check ups/co-pays, $ for fresh food, $ for medicine/vitamins, a gym nearby. It's a system. It's a setup.
