2/3: it even goes to describe how Twitter actually cared about the mDAU number and potentially took great care in evaluating it. Sure they had no incentive to count overall spam, but they never declared that either This is an absolutely GOOD thing.

It was pretty absurd to see Jason acting surprised in the all in podcast as if this was the first time he understood what 5% claim was. Twitter has been super transparent since the beginning
