In case anyone is wondering - no, today's announcements don't change any of my plans.
Both PEOM and AAOM mods will still be finalized, alongside one final present after all is done.
I'm only busy with college finals atm, hence the slower updates.

We’ve have been in touch with a few in the modding community to learn how best to a) update everyone on changes that will impact existing mods, and b) set the modding community up for success going forward. It’s ongoing, and we’ll discuss in more detail by launch.

Who did you talk to? I'm curious. I'm the lead developer for the tools used in the scene and as far as I know nobody in the scene was contacted (though it's also under nda so not surprising). For better mod support it seems like talking to tooling devs would be high on the list.

If they went the same route as the C&C Remaster then it would have been a good idea to have you on the dev team but looks like Bioware went a different route

Thanks for saying this. I'm working on a Joker/FShepard LI mod myself, and that requires a lot of infrastructure that just isn't (readily) available, like the ability to easily create/suppress plot flags & inject new animations. I know no promises, but I'm hoping! Thank you!

I want my characters that you guys wasted back. In ME3, I want to choose between Emily Wong and Al-Jilani, NOT be stuck with that awful Diana Allers. I want Kelly Chambers back as a REAL romance. The Normandy is safer than the Citadel, and I want her at the Citadel Party.
