      Sure, but even with the attribution to portfolio risk immaterial/low why have something with a material risk of being geopolitically toxic at all? Reminds me of the fire coal plant stock holdings which caused a huge stir for endowments in the 2000s, other Saudi related in 2010s.

      Right. Quite likely that many senior decision makers did not even know they had these positions until they blew up and cost the fund like … thirteen basis points.

          Last I checked, MSCI ACWI IMI Index held about 30 bps in Russian equities. So that’s probably a reasonable baseline for most globally diversified funds’ equity exposure.
