      They're basically equity beta replacement. Dividends grow so when the dividend futures are in backwardation it's close to an arb to buy.

      The negative convexity of long term dividends should reduce that further. In short, it is very dangerous to think about derivatives markets and futures term structures in a simplistic way ("its a mispricing! dividends should grow over time!")
