not v comfy tweeting this, but I’ve got a really bad case of the blues. I feel like withdrawing. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood and taking it out on whoever is nearby. I’m kind of sensitive and I have a lot going on, the vibe is starting to hurt. In seek of gentler spaces.

yeah being here all the time is a lot me sometimes one thing that has helped: move the bird app off your main home screen to somewhere you don't usually go on your phone... it seems silly but that way you only look at it when you actually want to, makes a big difference imo

100%. Also turning off notifications _including the badges_ reduces the pull if you swipe to that screen for something else.
