Plenty of other good reasons. Social life and mental health for one. Kids shouldn't be stuck at home looking at their laptops for 6 hours a day.

That's a question with highly volatile answers. Is the child able to learn independently or old enough to be left alone? If no, do they have a single parent with an in person job? If yes, what motivation is there to just not attend? What's the impact of high stress? Etc....
