I always get annoyed when I see a comment thread and click on the 1st tweet to see the whole thing, but then can’t even find the original set of comments that I was interested in. Basically I think I’m getting old.
How does the twitter algo decide how to thread a series of tweets when there are multiple branches from each node? Is it longest sub-chain? Does it always pick the tweet with the most likes to follow? How easy is it to uncle an existing chain?

clearly it's highly dependent on the vol-node supremum on the tweet chain. you would know this if you studied reddit like i have for a long period(two years, basically a fully certified trader now).
