      One thing I don't talk about enough is mentorship. For most of my time here, I didn't work in even finance adjacent (I was a PhD student in bioinformatics, lol). COVID made it interesting because it made us all much farther apart, but also much closer. As the year ends

      I wanted to mention a few folks I've learned too much from, who whether they wanted to or not provided me some mentorship just from our conversations. I think in any career field, mentorship matters a ton, and no amount of reading papers can substitute. So as 2021 ends
