To be fair, with BTC being denominated in USD, it’s hard to say which one rose and which one fell. BTC like all assets needs to be denominated by another - there will always be more than one type of asset, and with USD being the world reserve currency probably nothing is immune
Given that BTC is like 10x more volatile than USD, I feel like we can be pretty sure which one rose and which one fell.
