Right, in this situation you don't just keep not showing up on the days where they expect you to be working, even if they're in the wrong. You figure out who to talk to to get it resolved.
Maybe this guy tried that and it was completely intractable? But everything else about the blog says "unable to interact normally with normal humans" so I'm inclined to think he made everything as difficult as possible.

I'm actually somewhat sympathetic to the guy, if I'm reading all of his claims correctly. That said, this entire thing has totally screamed "I cannot interact with others if I find what they are saying wrong, even in a work setting" and that's not a mindset you can have in HFT.

Update: nvm, just reached the part where he likens a series of clauses in his settlement to sexual assault, guy lost me, hope he loses everything else too
