Also a ton of the stuff he says about non-competes is completely wrong/made up? They are v standard in the UK, normally unpaid, but also regularly challenged and struck down by courts.
Someone has already DM'd me to tell me that they know people at HRT who confirmed that the person behind the blog post was a massive pain in the ass to work with.
