If I was that family I would simply get a job that paid a similar amount but didn’t require 100hr weeks.
I do know people who outsource almost all childcare to nannies (including weekends) ostensibly because their jobs are so full on, but in most cases imo it’s because they don’t really like their kids or spouse and would prefer to be at work.
