Imagine being fired from Goldman in 2010 as a block trader for lack of rule following and taking it out a decade later on much younger and more qualified math and investment folks through aggressive harassment on twitter dot com

It’s really hard to get fired from Goldman if you’re bringing in $$$, even for really serious offences. Given that this sounds like a pretty minor infringement…

Are u suggesting there could be more to the story than a large block trade in which no clients were impacted and was just a matter of poor record keeping ?

Mostly suggesting that if you get fired from Goldman for a minor infraction, they probably didn’t care that much about keeping you. Especially a decade ago.
