Are there any social science studies that _don’t_ suffer from woefully inadequate sample sizes, uncontrolled confounders, p-hacking, or outright fraud?

applied empirical microeconomics has gotten much better about this, using tightly controlled randomized trials and natural experiments etc, to the point where the issue is more external generalization of the results to other situations
