Yup, Gymkhana closer to targeting that high end market. Probably most similar vibe to Indian Accent in London is Benares, which I’m not a massive fan of tbh.

I agree with this list. Gymkhana is just amazing. Lahore on commercial road used to be a competitor to Tayabs but last time I went was bad - Tayabs always had better vibes. Now mainstream, but Dishoom and Hoppers are also always a good go to.
