As a EE who went into EE jobs outta college. How do I get into quant finance?
You can just apply! I mean, I would probably do some reading first. But after that, just apply.

Most places are looking for good maths, good statistics and/or ML, good programming, and at least some awareness of or interest in finance, but for an entry level position they will expect to teach you most of the trading/finance content on the job.
