      Fair. That said, it's the nature of the universe that physical objects wear out and break. It's also the nature of even well-meaning, competent human beings that they occasionally screw up. Most tenants are completely understanding. A small minority give zero grace.

      Running a hedge fund is a tough, thankless biz. We have $10bn in aum from hundreds of clients. We grind out mid-high single digit returns every year with low beta, taking a modest 3-4% fees. But lose 40% in one VIX blowout and BAM, suddenly everyone wants to redeem.
