I'm trying to hire a Head of Crypto Trading and Operations at a London quant fund. First hire into a new team, with the expectation that they would grow it over time. Essentially running the entire middle/back office function for crypto. DM if interested + please share!

Crypto experience and operational experience (buy side or sell side) strongly preferred but not strictly necessary for the right candidate. Some python knowledge preferred, or willingness to learn it if not.

One other important thing - we have flexible working but this isn't a remote role, you need to be London based.

One more thing — if you are a woman or poc and you think the job sounds interesting but you’re not sure if you’re qualified you should DEFINITELY apply because I guarantee you that most of the men applying won’t be qualified either.
