Even if the crypto markets go super bid again and the basis widens, with more and more insto / leveraged money going to be thrown at this stuff going forward I doubt we are ever going to return to the glory days of 30/40 pc on the "quality" assets
Yeah completely agree. Easy money for retail probably not going to come back.
