How much age you like on the Moelleux before drinking it? I’m sitting on a 2015 Le Mont.

I’ve only had a few different vintages - 1989, 2018 and this 96. The older ones are rich and raisiny and well worth it, but the 18 was great too, really fresh and zesty. I imagine you don’t want to wait 20 more years to drink it so I’d say go for it now!
