True though you imagine it was filled to a similar level (tbh initial fill level is probably the biggest factor here and it just happened to work out nicely for these three bottles)

Oldest Sauternes I've had was a 2007 Rieussec but tasted so much better than the 2015 I recently had. Complexity definitely enhances with age.

All three would be delicious, the 01 and 09 probably better in 10-20 years but still good now.
