@AgustinLebron3 the idea of "in the zone" in a gen psych sense seems so different than the sports sense I am more familiar with.
This seems like a crazy thing to want without the sports side of firing on all cylinders and doing everything right.
Sports is the same. No use being in the right frame of mind if you don’t know how to kick ball good.
