And if you got rid of chard you could drink blanc de noirs. But you couldn’t drink Chablis! Or mersault, Montrachet or corton-charlemagne... I aced cab sauv. I prefer right bank Bordeaux to left generally. And Pinot is my favorite varietal by far.
