      Because I am a nerd I mapped out which vintages I should be buying now to ensure a reliable supply of good 15-30 year old Bordeaux in the future, and the result is that I need to buy a *lot* more 2005.

      Sure but you can also buy 2010 so there is 2x the supply when it enters its peak drinking window.

          Devil’s advocate: The 2005 Cos I had recently clearly needed another 10 years and at the price point x time I would rather buy a cheaper, better 2010 and wait for that
