Country of registration has jurisdiction on international flights If the plane is registered to a country where weed is illegal, then possession on the flight would be illegal Good to see the months I spent learning the ins and outs of aircraft sale-leaseback didn't go to waste
hypothetically speaking, if someone brought weed on an international flight to the US, but dumped it before going through customs, would that still be a crime?
