      Doesn't your answer side-step the original question? Since they're asking about trading as an individual, if your strategy requires anything more than a Threadripper and can't handle a few hundred ms round trip, is it actually a good strategy?

      I sure did. None of the posts answered how an individual could know that their strategy is +EV if they lack the infrastructure to test it in real-world conditions.

      After you added criteria that detached the original question from reality. Both conditions you imposed would have to be false in order for someone to devise a +EV strat ie how could they even do it without relevant data/sufficient compute power/latency etc in the first place?

          Mute away. If anyone else would like to answer on their behalf, I'm keen to know how someone could know their strat is +EV if they don't have access to the data required to test it, as implied by their answer/condition #2.
