Too soon. About 1/3 adults have had first jab. And about half of those in the past month. Takes a while to take effect and very few second jabs so far. My guess we won't see vaccination effect until Q4 because seasonality
Yup, with increasing vaccine rollout rate (until recently) the jabs are heavily backloaded, plus many of the people who received a vaccine already were not going out anyway -- drop almost entirely due to restaurants/retail/schools being closed.

But the drop of hospitalisations can be linked to the vaccine though (same in Israel if I'm not mistaken). France in that regard still has massive hospitalisations levels while cases are steady but not explodingpic.twitter.com/kwHJl4XY7E
