Philadelphia Fed SPF is decent, though US only and you'd have to make assumptions about data availability. ECB has a similar dataset for the Euro area going back to 1999 -https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/ecb_surveys/survey_of_professional_forecasters/html/table_hist_rgdp.en.html …
