      Not sure which vehicle, but recently saw a statement that put the investor at 2.2% return, not per annum, but cumulative. Has been in fund for at least 5 years

      Sounds about right for RIDA if they were invested since ~mid 2015, RIEF is moderately better, 5 year cumulative return of ~15%
