Each of these contain a kernel of an interesting idea which deserves discussion (and receives it, in the form of hundreds of academic papers!) but 99% of the Twitter discourse is repeating the same dumb, easily refutable points over and over. SAD!
Shout out for my favorite subsets of “the algos” twitter - “HFTs are front running your orders” twitter and “liquidity was better when all market makers were humans” twitter.
