      Predominantly covid but Brexit has not helped (saw a stat of ~10% of London’s population has left in late year including 700k who are foreign-born) - sole will return ofc but how many and how soon?

      Not that I’ve seen in the press, although the UK press (with notable exceptions) is pretty anti-London so maybe not a surprise. Need internationals to move back to get all the way back to normal and that may depend on what happens with brexit/fin svcs.
