Like maybe London's position in financial services declines and it gets less wealthy, there's still going to be massive internal (and probably international) migration to there.
Agree people will not go to, like, Manchester or Bristol instead. But much more plausible that foreigners (esp Europeans) will find Britain less attractive in the future. The financial sector encourages a lot of the other stuff that makes London attractive.

There isn't (yet) much evidence of large-scale movement in financial service jobs out of London.
