generally when firms are working with a recruiter theyll send out a whitepaper with the job description/qualifications necessary, etc. that's what i mean by that
I always called this a spec, but yes you should definitely ask for this and they should definitely be able to send it (caveat - maybe not if it’s for a very senior role, but that’s a different kind of conversation)

yeah sorry, whitepaper is the parlance the crootrs have used with me in the past. just dont let the recruiters do the bait and switchy deal where they tell you you're interviewing at emily capital, but actually you end up slumming it at citsec

one time I got baited and switched where the salary wasn't as ensconced in the 'range' they gave me but I was lying big time about my current salary so it worked out
