Do you know any good sources for the prevalence of different strains in the US? The spread of the UK/ZA variant in the US would be one thing that would stop the decline in cases, assuming it's not already prevalent.

I do not. So far I have not seen compelling evidence that the UK/ZA variants don't work with the PFE/MRNA vaccines, so to me the concerns over the strains in the context of vax rollout are more speculative than concrete.
