      no idea but I do think dealers are expressing views in their quotes wrt what they want to be short or long and in this case I don't think dealers want to be short these

      Dealers are just moving their quotes to where the think they can balance buys/sells. Lots of people want to get long so naturally the price goes up - I’m pretty sure their preferred position is not long or short but flat!
