Should I waste an hour tomorrow building a short interest factor hedged to the obvious (sectors, momentum etc) just to see how much it’s up this year?

I think it’s worth spending the time on analyzing this area as its importance is accelerating — forced liquidation of long short strategies combined with ARK, venture capital and WSb crushing s&p has strong far from equilibrium traits good for trading profits
