NLP (the psychology one) is just such a massive crock of shit, the fact that the bank made us attend a day-long session on it contributed to my decision to leave that hellhole a year later.
When I joined ${big investment bank} as a grad there was a mandatory session on NLP course which I was pretty excited by until I realized it was neuro-linguistic programming and not natural language processing.
