I get asked quite often what books to read, etc to become a better trader. Sorry....there are none. Sit in front of the screens....immerse yourself....accumulate experience. That’s how you learn and get better. Period.

They’re entertaining but I learned nothing about trading that isn’t more easily and trivially learned elsewhere (eg “risk management is important”). That should be obvious if you think about it for two seconds, because (a) most of the interviewees were trading in a completely
different and less efficient market, and (b) the ones who are still trading are obviously not going to give away any of their alpha.
