One habit I recommend people do at the beginning of the year is make a comprehensive resolutions. Simple statements like "I want to exercise regularly" or "I want to try baking". I failed a lot of mine in 2020. I think we all did. But it helps keep you focused on what matters.
If I want to stick to mine they need to be really specific, like “I will go on a five mile run 3x per week” — otherwise too easy to sack it off with tortured definitions of what “regularly” means.
