Echo is the most fun hero they have released
rather just play pharah to be honest echo is (because of the meta in scrims) fallen super far down my list of favourite characters

Pharah needs buffed more than echo needs nerfed. They should balanced all proj and bring them to echos power level. Echo is the only proj that can even remotely compete with hitscans.

Give pharah 25 armour and see where that goes. Then if she still bad then u change her gun or flight to make her better. I do also like pharah
