Is oce the only region where people look down on you for adhering to tourney rules?

if the other team is making an effort but is just scuffed (ie tech issues or manager fucked up) then you should be reasonable before rulebooking. It's a sportsmanship kind of thing IMO
we played our last aaol game and the other team broke about 40 different rules but we didnt rulebook them, we won anyway so it didnt matter
